At a media event celebrating the quality and diversity of food ingredients from Japan held at The Nippon Club, several of New York’s top chefs, including Chef David Bouley of Bouley, Chef Anita Lo of Annisa, and executive chefs from Nobu Matsuhisa’s restaurants in New York, demonstrated the preparation of dishes using Japanese food ingredients after the seminar. Speakers included Professor Theodore Bestor of Harvard University and Chef Bouley.
